Coriander Pork With Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • 4 baby bok choy, cut quarters from the base

  • 1/4 cup carrots, thinly sliced

  • 1 bunch coriander

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, cut into small wedges

  • pinch of pepper

  • 300 grams pork, thinly sliced diagonally

  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

  • pinch of sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok. Add the onion and garlic, cook. Add the pork and cook well. Sprinkle with pepper and pour in the wine, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar and stir. Add a little water too to lighted the sauce.
  2. Add in the carrots and stir. Add the baby bok choy and stir until cooked.
  3. Add the coriander last and cook lightly. Serve with rice.
